This software package for the GRiDCase includes the GRiD-OS 3.2.1 system disk, the Getting Started tutorial for GRiDCase, and the associated documentation for both. It is the newest version of GRiD-OS that I've been able to find. The Initialize Media disk formatting utility will also support 3.5", 720kB floppy disks. Unlike version 3.1.6E, this version supports multitasking. Keep in mind though that multitasking requires a fair amount of RAM.

The disks here are for GRiD-OS. As such, you will need to format the floppy disks you want to use with the GRiD-OS disk formatting utility (Initialize Media) before writing to them in ImageDisk. In order to format a 720kB disk for GRiD-OS, you'll also need to use a newer version of Initialize Media.
